ST. LOUIS, MO – The St. Louis Rams will hold the team’s first training camp under first-year head coach Steve Spagnuolo at the Russell Training Center in Earth City.  Rookies, quarterbacks and selected veterans will report to the Russell Training Center on July 29 while the remainder of the team will report July 30.  The team will hold its first practice on July 31.

Rams training camp returns to Earth City in 2009 after the Rams spent the 2008 training camp at Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon, Wis.  2009 will mark the fifth year that the team has held training camp in the St. Louis area and the fourth time camp has taken place in Earth City.  The Russell Training Center previously hosted training camp from 2005-07 and Maryville University in St. Louis hosted camp in 1995.
