Based upon the specific criteria below, we will make every attempt to relocate your seats closer to the 50-yard line, unless otherwise stated in Additional Comments.

Please list all the account numbers of other season ticket holders with whom you are attempting to relocate.  There will be only one contact for the entire group and this person is authorized to make decisions for the group.  All accounts listed must be paid in full or signed up to be part a payment plan by March 15, 2011.  It is not necessary for each member of the group to submit a relocation request form.
