Biography

In June of 2013, ESPN’s NFL insiders ranked each franchise according to the confidence the group has in what each team’s roster will potentially look like in three years. In doing so, the panel tabbed the Rams eighth among 32 franchises. ESPN’s projection reflects what General Manager Les Snead has set out to do in his first two seasons on the job: build the Rams’ roster and set the club on a path for sustained success in the near and immediate future as well as the long term.
