Biography

In 2011, Lake enters his 24th season with the organization, first as equipment manager.  In this role, he is responsible for equipment and gear for the players, coaches and staff, ensuring all equipment is up to code and meets NFL regulations, and preparing sideline equipment and headset communications for practice, as well as game days.
