2009 SEASON: Vs. StL (10/4) Led the team with 13 tackles...vs. Chi. (11/12): Recorded the game-winning INT as time expired, picking off a QB Jay Cutler pass...at GB (11/22): Posted 15 tackles including a career-high 14 solo...at Sea. (12/6): Sacked QB Matt Hasselbeck.

2008 SEASON: At Sea. (9/14): Posted a sack late in 4th qtr. that forced the Seahawks to punt and helped set up a potential game-winning FG. 2004 SEASON: Named a Pro Bowl starter after leading team in total tackles (129), while also earning 2nd-team All-Pro by Football Digest and All-NFC by Pro Football Weekly...vs. Car. (10/17): Posted a career-high 17 tackles.

2003 SEASON: Named to Howie Long’s “Tough Guys Team” in 2003...All three of his INTs in 2003 came late in 4th qtr. of Eagles victories...vs. NYJ (10/26): His INT off QB Chad Pennington led to the game-winning TD... at Mia. (12/15): his INT off QB Jay Fielder occurred with under 4:00 remaining and with a 7-point Eagles lead...vs. NO (11/23): Blocked a 45-yd. FG attempt by PK John Carney that would have pulled Saints within a TD late in 3rd qtr.

2002 SEASON: Made Pro Football Weekly’s All-Rookie Team as a special teamer after finishing 2nd on team with 20 tackles in 14 games played...Started fi nal 4 regular season games of 2002 for an injured S Blaine Bishop (groin)...at Sea. (12/8) Made fi rst career start and led all defenders with 12 tackles...at NYG (12/28) Recorded his fi rst career INT as he snared a pass by QB Kerry Collins that ricocheted off of TE Jeremy Shockey in the
end zone to prevent a Giants score.

COLLEGE: A mainstay at strong safety throughout his four years at Colorado, closed out his career ranked 9th on school’s all-time list with 336 tackles (2ndbest among DBs), 2nd in FFs (10) and tied for 12th with 9 INTs. Twice won school’s Dave Jones Award for most outstanding defensive player and the Hale Irwin Award for most outstanding defensive back in his junior and senior seasons. As a senior, was a unanimous All-Big 12 Conference fi rst
team choice and a semi-fi nalist for the Thorpe Award, given to nation’s top defensive back as he led squad with 112 tackles and 5 INTs, one which he returned for a TD.

PERSONAL: Was district MVP as a junior and senior while attending Lamar Consolidated HS in Rosenberg, TX, where he played defensive back, quarterback and running back. Also lettered in basketball and track...Brother, Rodney Williams, played basketball at Texas Lutheran and is now a lawyer...Born Michael Milton Lewis (4/29/80) in Houston, TX.
