honors as a senior after recording 103 catches – fourth in the nation – for
1,177 yards and five touchdowns…received Big 12 honorable mention as a junior
and finished sixth in the conference with a 9.2-yard punt return average and
added 487 yards receiving…recorded 24 catches for 395 yards and three touchdowns
as a sophomore…was the only true freshman to play for Texas Tech in 2004 and was
an All-Big 12 first-team return specialist with 29 punt returns for 371
yards…his 12.8-yard average was the most by a Red Raider freshman since Tyrone
