TRANSACTIONS: Signed as an unrestricted free agent by St. Louis (2/28/09)�selected by Baltimore in the fourth round (124th overall) of the 2005 NFL Draft (4/24/05).

2007 SEASON: Played at left guard and was the only Baltimore lineman to start all 16 games�first time in his career he accomplished the feat�helped Baltimore complete a franchise-record 341 passes for 3,308 yards�allowed the team to rush for 1,797 yards and 11 touchdowns�vs. Pittsburgh (12/30): Helped the Ravens rush for a season-high 180 yards�protected QB Troy Smith, allowing him to record a career-high 90.2 passer rating.

2006 SEASON: Saw action in all 16 regular season games, starting 12 at left guard�part of an offensive line that allowed only 17 sacks, second-fewest in the NFL (15, Indianapolis)�paved the way for Baltimore to rush for 1,637 yards and 11 touchdowns�started first career playoff game at left guard�vs. Cleveland (12/17): Part of an offensive line that opened holes for RB Jamal Lewis to rush for 91 yards and tie a career-high with three touchdowns�protected QB Steve McNair as he posted an 89.9 passer rating�AFC Divisional Playoff vs. Indianapolis (1/13/07): Started first career playoff game�provided protection for McNair to complete 67.7 percent of his passes to seven different receivers.
