Played two seasons at Ohio State after spending first two seasons of college career at City College of San Francisco…in 25 games at Ohio State, started 14 contests, recording 69 tackles (43 solo) with 5.5 sacks…also blocked three kicks…in 24 games at City College of San Francisco, recorded 175 tackles (119 solo) with 10.0 sacks…also caused seven fumbles, recovered three others, deflected six passes and made six interceptions…set both California junior college and NJCAA career records with 12 blocked kicks.

Played freshman year of high school at Foothill High in Sacramento, Calif…moved to Georgia attending Meadow Creek High in Gwinnett County, Ga., as a sophomore and junior…played at Norcross (Ga.) High as a senior before moving back to California in the winter and graduating from Foothill High.
