The NFL strongly encourages fans to not bring any type of bags, but outlined below is what is permissible. Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium.

The National Football League, St. Louis Rams and the Edward Jones Dome are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable game-day experience.  We want fans of all ages to enjoy the excitement and enthusiasm of the game. All fans are encouraged to respect the rights of others by displaying proper etiquette.

To ensure your visit is safe and enjoyable, please refrain from the following:

  • - Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature
  • - Fighting, foul language or abusive language and/or obscene gestures
  • - Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment
  • - Interference with the progress of the game, including throwing objects on the field
  • - Failing to follow instruction of stadium personnel or stadium policies
  • - Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans
  • - Smoking inside the stadium, including electronic or vapor cigarettes

Season ticket holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or the persons occupying their seats. Event patrons and guests who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund, loss of ticket privileges for future games, and possible arrest and prosecution for violations

Fans found in violation of the Fan Code of Conduct and ejected will be required to complete a four hour on-line Fan Code of Conduct class to re-enter the Edward Jones Dome at future dates. A portion of the cost of the class will go directly to the efforts of The BackStoppers Inc. The mission of The BackStoppers Inc. is "Helping the Families of Those Who Made the Ultimate Sacrifice for Our Safety."

On game days, contact any guest services staff member for assistance with concerns regarding fan behavior or text ‘RESPECT’ <space> Location and Issue to 69050. Standard SMS rates apply.

Volunteers must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license.

Fans can register at any Guest Service Center located in Main Level Sections 117 and 145 and the Upper Level 417 and 445.

Edward Jones Dome guest services are trained to handle any emergency situation that arises. During pre-game, a video will be shown on the scoreboard detailing the evacuation procedure. Should an evacuation become necessary, please make sure you are aware of the exits nearest your seat and be prepared to follow the instructions of the Dome staff.
