On the far side of the practice field, the offensive and defensive lines took advantage of being in full pads. During a period in practice that the two groups typically work 1-on-1 on pass-protection/pass-rush, instead the lines worked on stunts using multiple players. For the second day in a row, the linemen got good work in.
The offense finished the period efficient on all levels: underneath, intermediate, and deep routes.
In 11-on-11 period, Austin and Quick stayed hot, as both helped stretch the field by hauling in big receptions. Stacy participated in the team session this afternoon, as well, and looked good running the ball between the tackles, while RB
The intensity was at its highest during the team’s situational segment of practice down at the goal line. Though the period went back and forth between powerful running and an unyielding defense, the passion and determination of both sides remained consistent.
