“We introduced the Kickoff for Charity luncheon in 2010 as a unique way to show our support for United Way, one of our strongest charitable partners, while engaging the business community and our fans,” said Kevin Demoff, executive vice president of football operations/chief operating officer, St. Louis Rams. “The response has been tremendous and we anticipate this being the best Kickoff for Charity luncheon to date as we build toward the regular season opener that Sunday versus the Detroit Lions.”
The Kickoff for Charity luncheon allows fans to be seated at tables alongside their favorite Rams players. In addition to receiving a preview of the 2012 season from Rams Head Coach Jeff Fisher, attendees will have the chance to bid on unique auction items including Super Bowl tickets.
Tables and tickets are available for purchase by visiting www.stlouisrams.com/kickoffluncheon
or calling 314-RAMS-TIX option 4. All attendees will receive an autographed attendance gift as well as a terrace level ticket for the Rams home opener at the Edward Jones Dome on September 16 vs. the Washington Redskins.
“The St. Louis Rams are a tremendous partner to United Way and the community,” said Gary Dollar, president and CEO, United Way of Greater St. Louis. “They are truly committed to helping people in this community – from delivering supplies and clearing debris from last year’s tornadoes to going out and volunteering at a local agency – the Rams show a great team spirit. We’re honored they have selected United Way as the beneficiary of this luncheon.”
