Week 2 – Sedrick Spillers, Belleville West High School
The Belleville West Maroons posted a shut out until till the 4th quarter in a 20-6 victory over Althoff. The Maroons relied heavily on running back and return-man Sedrick Spillers. Spillers accounted for all three of the Maroon’s touchdowns and 298 of the Maroon’s 410 total yards.
Spillers will be honored for his efforts as the Rams player of the week during the 2010 St. Louis Rams High School Football Awards banquet.
