Week 3 – James Hawkins, Parkway North
The Parkway North Vikings defeated University City High 42-13 with a well balanced offensive attack, which racked up almost 420 totals yards.
The offensive load was carried on the shoulders of Viking’s running back James Hawkins, who crossed the goal line five times. The senior carried the ball a staggering 40 times for an average of almost five yards per carry.
Hawkins will be honored for his efforts as the Rams player of the week during the 2010 St. Louis Rams High School Football Awards banquet.
