Week 3 – Todd Small, John Burroughs High School
The John Burroughs Bombers posted a 21-0 shutout against MICDS and remain perfect with a record of 3-0.
Head coach Todd Small’s squad posted 21 first half points, anchored by a pair of touchdown passes from Quarterback Sam Van Doren. The Bombers defense limited MICDS to 201 total yards from scrimmage.
The John Burroughs football team will receive a $1,000 grant from the NFL Youth Football Fund on behalf of Coach Small’s efforts as the Rams High School Coach of the week.
