WEEK 10 – Rich Nixon, Hazelwood Central
The Hazelwood Central Hawks continued their perfect season at Hazelwood West with a 41-0 rout over the Wildcats.
Head Coach Rich Nixon guided his team to 282 rushing yards with three players, Rocky Smith, Christian Thompson and Sean Wills topping the 50 yard mark. Quarterback Jamal Flowers threw for 108 yards and a touchdown in the victory.
The Hazelwood Central High School football team will receive a $1,000 grant from the NFL Youth Football Fund on behalf of Coach Nixon’s efforts as the Rams High School Coach of the week.
