WEEK 8 – Cliff Ice, Webster Groves High School

The Webster Groves Statesmen lit up the scoreboard in a high scoring affair against Parkway Central, eventually pulling away with a 58-35 victory and continuing their perfect season.

Head Coach Cliff Ice, St. Louis Rams 2009 High School Coach of the Year, saw his team compile 685 yards of total offense.  The Statesmen had five players, Aaron Daniels, Ketrick Large, Marquis Clemons, Marlon Peal and Chris Conran rush for at least 45 yards.  Rayshawn Simmons and Clemons combined for 328 passing yards and four touchdowns through the air.

The Webster Groves High School football team will receive a $1,000 grant from the NFL Youth Football Fund on behalf of Coach Ice’s efforts as the Rams High School Coach of the week.
