NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A Purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Open only to legal U.S. residents, who reside and are physically located in the 48 contiguous states of the US, who are18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes begins on or about 10/5/05 and ends on 12/24/05.
THERE ARE TWO METHODS OF ENTRY: (1) You may enter on-line by visiting www.stlouisrams.com/Dodge Follow the instructions to complete and submit the on-line entry form. On-line entries must be received by 12/20/05 at 11:59 p.m. CT. No form of Internet/e-mail participation other than as indicated above will be accepted. (2) Print on a 3"x 5" card/paper your name, complete address including zip code, daytime phone number with area code, e-mail address, cell phone number with area code and your date of birth and mail to: "Carry The Colors Promotion," St. Louis Rams, One Rams Way, St. Louis, MO 63045, to be postmarked by 12/14/05 and received by 12/20/05. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. No metered mail accepted. St. Louis Rams, the Missouri/Illinois Dodge Dealers and its agencies are not responsible for late, lost, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, misdirected entries or postage due mail. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit one entry per person per day (24 hour period), regardless of the method of entry.
The sweepstakes will be conducted over the course of twelve [12] weeks, and there will be seven separate prize periods. Each Prize Period will have a separate drawing to award similar prizes as described below. The Game dates that form the core of each Grand Prize will change, while all other components of the prize will remain the same. Entries received in time for Prize Period #1 will be carried forward to the Prize Period #2, and so on. However, the winner of the prize awarded in a previous Prize Period will not be eligible to win the following prize periods. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to submit multiple entries in violation of the above-indicated entry limitation will be disqualified. In case of dispute, on-line entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to submit entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
2. PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: Grand Prize consists of two (2) tickets to the corresponding St. Louis Rams regular season home game on, one (1) field pass to be used by Grand Prize winner to perform duties of flag bearer. Field access is restricted in time, length, and duration and at the sole discretion of the St. Louis Rams in the interest of safety. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $200. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Winner must be able to attend the game on date indicated above, and if winner is unavailable on such date, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Prize is non-transferable. All unspecified expenses relating to prize (including, without limitations, transportation to and from the game) are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution except at Sponsor''s sole discretion if a prize is unavailable for any reason and only then for prize of equal value.
3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Employees and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, spouse, regardless of where they live, and members of their same households, whether related or not, of Missouri/Illinois Dodge Dealers, BBDO-St. Louis, the St. Louis Rams, NFL Entities as defined below, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies are ineligible. By participating, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the judges'' decisions, which are final and binding.
4. DRAWING: Grand Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about the Tuesday preceding the corresponding Rams home game. Potential Winner will be notified by phone or email. Grand Prize Winners must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release (where legal) within two (2) days of notification. Guests of Grand Prize Winners (if a minor, parent/legal guardian of guest) must sign and return a release of liability and a publicity release (where legal) prior to game. In the event of noncompliance, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. By entering, the entrant grants to MO/IL Dodge Dealers and the St. Louis Rams and the NFL Entities as defined below, the right to use his/her name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. Furthermore, by entering, the entrant grants to MO/IL Dodge Dealers and the St. Louis Rams the right to correspond with registrant about sponsor products.
Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware/software malfunctions/failures; or for garbled, jumbled or corrupt transmissions; for incorrect or incomplete information on the website whether caused by users or computer equipment; or for other technical error of any kind (including but not limited to damage to entrant''s or a third party''s computer related to or resulting from participation in Sweepstakes). CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. If, for any reason, the on-line component of the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as originally planned (such as, computer virus, bug, worm or tampering) or due to other factors beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the on-line component of the Sweepstakes, as determined by ponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the on-line component of the Sweepstakes and select the winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received via mail, at the Stadium and all eligible on-line entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or to otherwise select winners in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants hereby release and agree to hold harmless MO/IL Dodge Dealers, BBDO-St. Louis, the St. Louis Rams and the NFL Entities as defined below, and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the officers, directors, agents, employees of the foregoing entities from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, receipt or use/misuse of any prize.
6. WINNERSLIST/OFFICIAL RULES: For the names of Winners and the official rules (specify which), send a self-addressed stamped envelope by 2/1/06 to: "Carry The Colors Sweepstakes," Winner''s List and Official Rules, St. Louis Rams, One Rams Way, St. Louis, MO 63045. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage.
