Fuel Up to Play 60 is a nationwide movement focused on fighting childhood obesity by empowering kids to take control of their own health. It is a fun, interactive program that allows students and teachers to decide how to make their school an even better place. Students participate in fun challenges to earn prizes and recognition for their school, and can track their healthy eating and physical activity online to measure their success. Fuel Up to Play 60 was founded by the National Dairy Council© (NDC) and the NFL and is based on a mutual commitment to the health of the next generation. Fuel Up to Play 60 is your chance to make a commitment to healthy eating and 60 minutes of physical activity every day. For more information, please click here.

Fuel Up to Play 60 is excited to launch the Make Your Move campaign to inspire students – and the adults who care about them – to get 60 minutes of play a day. Through November 30, students, teachers and parents can get in on all the action and have the chance to win exclusive prizes or money for your school just for showcasing how they get moving! The St. Louis Rams encourage students, teachers, parents, and people of all ages to share how they are getting up and being active in their communities. Visit www.FuelUpToPlay60.com for more information, and to Make Your Move! Be sure to check out the Make Your Move video, featuring NFL players and Fuel Up to Play 60 Student Ambassadors going head-to- to see who has the best moves.
