| On Sunday, October 6, 2013, the St. Louis Rams will kickoff the annual Breast Cancer Awareness Initiative, and you have the chance to participate in our halftime performance. Join our past and present Rams Cheerleaders, as well as our Junior Rams Cheerleaders in a live halftime performance when the Rams host the Jacksonville Jaguars. |

Registration is $200 and must be paid by credit card online, registration will remain open until Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at 5 p.m.
Fees Include:
- One (1) terrace level ticket (for participant only)
- Official 2013 Rams “Cheer for a Cure” T-shirt
- Black dance pants
- $10 food voucher
- Pair of pink “Cheer for a Cure” Poms
- Instructional dance routine DVD

Hotel Accommodations

All Cheer for a Cure participants will receive a special room rate of $109 at the Hilton at the Ballpark. The hotel is located just steps away from Busch Stadium – home of the St. Louis Cardinals, the Gateway Arch, Edward Jones Dome – home of the St. Louis Rams, America’s Center, the riverfront, restaurants and many of St. Louis’ major attractions.

- All participants will be sent an event schedule and dance routine DVD by mail following the registration deadline of August 28, 2013.
- ”Cheer for a Cure” shirts and ticket(s) will be picked up at rehearsal on Saturday, October 5, 2013.
- Rehearsal attire, is any dance attire – be comfortable and ready to dance *black tennis shoes or dance shoes recommended.
- All participants must sign a release form upon check-in at the Edward Jones Dome on Saturday, October 5, 2013. All minors must have a parent or guardian present to sign the form on the minor’s behalf.
- Guests are welcome to attend rehearsal.

- 100 percent refund if you cancel before Wednesday, August 28, 2013.
- 50 percent refund if you cancel after August 28, 2013.
