1999-2000, a member of the Super Bowl XXXIV Championship team.

Prior to joining the Redskins in 2006, spent five seasons as the
assistant head coach/offensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs
(2001-2005).

Prior to his stint with the Rams, spent 10 seasons the assistant
head coach/wide receivers for the Kansas City Chiefs (1989-1998).

First NFL coaching job was with the San Diego Chargers as wide
receivers coach (1983-1986) and was promoted to head coach from 1986-1988.

Broke into coaching as a graduate assistant with the
University of Southern California (1970-1971).

Had several collegiate coaching stops before entering the NFL
including coaching wide receivers at the
University of
Missouri (1972) and offensive
coordinator positions with the

California (1976-1981) and the

, he became one of
only four foreign-born head coaches in the NFL when he was named head coach of
the San Diego Chargers in 1986.

An accomplished distance runner, he has competed in several
marathons including the 100th running of the
Boston Marathon in 1996.

children, sons Robert and Joseph, and daughter Korrin.
