The Funeral Mass for Jack Snow will be held at St. Joseph's Shrine, 11th & Biddle Streets, on Saturday, January 14th, at 11:00 a.m.  

In lieu of flowers, they have requested that donations be sent to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. 

The family wants everyone to know how much they appreciate all thoughts and prayers.
