Now, Rams fans can hold their favorite team in the palm of their hand. When the Xbox or Playstation 2 is fired up for the next season of Madden Football, Rams fans’ can not only play with their favorite Rams, but use a specially designed Rams controller to lead the team to the next virtual Super Bowl. “These controllers are pretty sweet,” Rams WR Shaun McDonald said. Mad Catz, a worldwide leader in video game accessory
development, just released a line of Xbox and Playstation 2 controllers that
feature a unique design that is tailored for any NFL fan. The controller
features a large, centralized team logo on the front of the controller and two
smaller logos on the side, one is the team helmet and the other is the team name
logo. “My kids and I love them,” Rams T Blaine Saipaia said. “They think it’s cool that it’s made for their favorite team.” The controllers are made specifically like the Xbox or Playstation 2 controllers. They feature both analog joysticks along with the directional pad. They also have the vibration feature and some no-slip grips on the sides, so when your game comes down to the wire, you can be sure your Super Bowl ring won’t slip through your fingers. Mad Catz began designing, developing and manufacturing video game accessories in 1989 and have always been in the forefront of new video game technology while using innovative design. Mad Catz said they have always looked at ways to help gamers play better. The Rams football media staff played two games of Madden Football on the Playstation, and the player who was holding the Mad Catz controller was victorious in both contests. About Mad Catz
