OC RICHIE INCOGNITO JR. RAMS 2005 THIRDROUND DRAFT SELECTION # 81 ON BEING DRAFTED ON THE FIRST DAY: “I had no idea it was going to happen on the first day. I just had to take care of my work and let the cards fall where they were.”

ON HIS KNEE INJURY: “I thought I was healed. I was well enough to go out there and show some teams that I could play. Injuring the knee again was disapointing but it’s just another bump in the road.”

ON THE RAMS INTEREST IN HIM: “I was aware the Rams had interest in me. I worked with Coach Hanifan and he informed me that they were interested. I was there for a visit and I loved everything about the Rams.”

ON HIS PAST BEHAIVOR: “I’m not a bad kid. I had to show people that I was a good kid. I think talking with people gave them a real since of who I am and they were able to get a real feel for me. I have a lot of passion. I play with a lot of fire and I play to win. In my younger days I got carried away but now that I am mature  that is no problem.”

ON GETTING BACK INTO FOOTBALL SHAPE: “That is not a problem at all. I am a workout warrior. I have a great support staff. I tend to gett into the Rams training program and get back on the field as soon as possible.”

ON WHAT OFFENSIVE LINE POSITION HE IS COMFORTABLE WITH: “I am comfortable with any position. Wherever the Rams need me I am able to step up and play.”
