Fan Memories of the St. Louis Rams . . .

"Super XXXIV was sweet,no dought. But WAXING the Fortywiners in week 5 of the 99 season and putting an end to their rein as the best in the west is mine. When Bruce caught his seacond T.D. of the first quarter I was crying tears of joy only to see #80 doing the same on the side lines. People in the NFL from this moment on would never laugh at the blue and gold no more!!!"

"Super Bowl XXIV its the last play of the game, Dyson catches it and it appears he'll tie it up, but out of nowhere Mike Jones makes "The Tackle" to win the game."

"In what turned out to be a back and forth defensive show down, it had to be the offensive play of the game in the NFC Championship game, when Ricky Proehl caught the only touchdown of the game and propell the Rams into the Super Bowl."

"My favorite Ram memory was Isaac Bruce running towards me as I walked down the aisle behind the goal post in Super Bowl XXXIV. I had gotten up to move closer to the field during the 2 minute warning. I heard the crowd liven up, looked up and Bruce was sprinting towards me, Titan defenders giving futile chase. As he spread his arms wide to the sky in a moment of Super Bowl Glory, crowd roaring, I leaned back and did the same in thanks to god for seeing first hand a lifelong dream! After the excitement I found a closer seat for Tennessee's 1 foot short comeback attempt........and plopped down right next to (none other than) USC great (RB) Anthony Davis. We enjoyed together the final moments of Ram victory."

"Had to be the beginning of the 1999 season. After many years of failure, it was hard to believe we started to win and win and win. The team was great but Kurt and Marshall were amazing. It was like our own Joe Montana and Barry Sanders. When we killed the Niners the first time, it showed everyone we had turned the corner. I hate the Niners. Thanks guys. I love ya."

"Without a doubt the Super Bowl victory, when the tackle was made I was laying on the floor helping with the tackle...never thought I would see one....lets do it again!!!!!"

"Living in 49er territory their was no greater joy than when the Rams stopped that silly win streak the 49ers had against us.  October 10, 1999 was the game that I had waited almost 10 years to see.  All the beatings over the years made it so sweet to watch those punks from S.F. go home with their tails between their legs."

"The first ever St.louis Rams game in Green Bay,when Isaac Bruce blocked a punt and scored a touchdown in a 17-14 win. It felt good knowing football was back in St.louis."
