Training Camp - Information You Can Use

 

Q: Are all training camp practices open to the public?
A: The Rams morning practice on Monday, August 13, 2007 from 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. will be open to the public. A schedule for future practice availabilities will be announced.

Q: Does the practice schedule change?
A: The practice schedule CAN AND MAY CHANGE FREQUENTLY.  Weather conditions and those of the field are evaluated daily.  Information will be relayed to fans as soon as it’s available via the website or Hotline number above.

Q: What time should fans arrive to watch practice?
A: Gates open one half hour before practice begins.

Q: Is there a charge to see any of the practices?
A: Practices are free.  There will be limited refreshments as well as official team merchandise for sale. 

Q: Will there be parking available?
A: Limited parking will be available for free; however, parking is limited to the lot directly north of the Russell Training Center.  There will be no parking allowed at area businesses or in the Russell Training Center parking lot.  Fans are encouraged to carpool.

Q: Will there be seating?
A: Limited bleacher seating for fans will be provided around the practice fields. Additional
seating will be available on the hill near the fields.  Feel free to bring a blanket to sit on.

Q: Can fans bring picnic baskets and coolers?
A:  Small coolers are permissible, but no alcohol is allowed.

Q: Can fans take photos?
A:  Yes.  Feel free to bring your camera to take photos of players and coaches.  Video cameras will not be allowed.

Q: Will fans be able to get autographs?
A: The Rams have a very busy schedule for training camp. It is possible that some players may stop to sign autographs after practice, but we cannot guarantee this. Please be polite when you ask, and realize the players will be hot and tired after their session. .

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Animals are not allowed due to the size of the crowd and safety concerns. The only exception is guide dogs for the blind.
