2007 SEASON: Played and started first seven games of the season at defensive end despite being hampered by a toe injury…declared inactive for Week 8 contest vs. Cleveland (10/28) due to toe injury before being placed on the reserve/injured list (11/7)…finished season with 23 tackles, including 1.0 sack, and one forced fumble…at Baltimore (11/14): Posted only sack of season...forced a fumble on sack of QB Kyle Boller that was recovered by DE Victor Adeyanju and returned 24 yards to set up a Rams’ field goal attempt.


2006 SEASON: Started all 16 games…led the team with 13.0 sacks (tied for second in the NFC, tied for fifth in the NFL)…vs. Denver (9/10): Had 2.0 sacks…also had one forced fumble…at Green Bay (10/8): Recorded 2.0 sacks and a forced fumble on QB Brett Favre with 0:44 left in the game to seal a win…at Seattle (11/12): Recorded 2.0 sacks and a forced fumble (27th of career) that was recovered and returned 89 yards for a touchdown by DE Victor Adeyanju. 


2005 SEASON: Led the Rams with 9.5 sacks…at San Francisco (9/11): Led defense with nine tackles (four solo), 2.0 sacks, and two forced fumbles…vs. Washington (12/4): Recorded a season-high 11 tackles (eight solo)…vs. Philadelphia (12/18): Tallied four solo tackles, 2.0 tackles, three quarterback pressures, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery…at Dallas (1/1/06): Produced eight tackles (five solo), one pass defensed, team-high and season-high 2.5 sacks, and one forced fumble.


2004 SEASON: Started all 16 games…vs. New England (11/7): Tallied nine tackles (four solo), and scored his first career touchdown by recovering fumble in the end zone…vs. San Francisco (12/5): Led team with career-high 12 tackles (six solo), and 1.0 sack…at Arizona (12/19):  Recorded five tackles (three solo), and recovered a fumble, returning the ball 61-yards for touchdown…NFC Divisional Playoff at Atlanta (1/15/05): Registered five tackles (four solo), and sacked Falcons’ QB Michael Vick for a 14-yard loss, moving into third place on the Rams’ all-time playoff list for career sacks (5.0).


2003 SEASON: Earned first career Pro Bowl invitation…led team for third consecutive year in sacks and ranked third in the NFC (fourth in the NFL)...tallied a sack in each of the first six games of the season, only the second player to accomplish the feat since the Rams came to St. Louis, joining DE Kevin Carter (1998)...Little also previously accomplished the feat in 2001…at New York Giants (9/7): Produced 10 tackles (six solo), three quarterback pressures, and one forced fumble in season opener…vs. Minnesota (11/30): Registered eight tackles (six solo), a career-best 4.0 sacks, three quarterback pressures, and two forced fumbles…4.0-sack performance tied Sean Gilbert’s 4.0-sack performance vs. Pittsrbugh (9/12/93) for second on Rams’ all-time list for sacks in a single game…also added two forced fumbles, one of which was recovered by S Aeneas Williams and returned 90 yards for a touchdown.  


2002 SEASON: Led team in sacks for second consecutive season with 12.0 (tied for fourth in the NFC, tied for seventh in the NFL) in first season as full-time starter…vs. New York Giants (9/15): Made first career start...registered seven tackles (four solo), a game-high four quarterback pressures, and 1.0 sack for 9-yards…vs. San Francisco (12/30): Had a career game in season finale, leading defensive line with nine tackles (five solo), one quarterback pressure, a season-high 2.0 sacks, and a career-high three forced fumbles.

 

2001 SEASON: Had streak of seven straight games with at least one sack, only the second player to accomplish the feat since the Rams came to St. Louis (DE Kevin Carter, 1998)...had at least 1.0 sack in 10 of 13 games…vs. Detroit (10/8): Set then career-high with 3.0 sacks for 23 yards, making him the first Ram with 3.0 sacks in one game since Kevin Carter at Carolina (12/3/00)…Super Bowl XXVI vs. New England (2/3/02): Produced a playoff career-high nine tackles (five solo), three quarterback pressures, and 1.0 sack.  


2000 SEASON: Played in 14 games...inactive for two games with ankle injury...totaled 14 tackles, including 5.0 sacks.


1999 SEASON: Played in six games...recorded two tackles...vs. New York Giants (12/19): Made a season-high four special teams tackles. 


1998 SEASON: Played in six games...tallied two tackles and 0.5 sacks...inactive for four games before being placed on the non-football injury list (11/17).

Played three seasons for the University of Tennessee…All-America first-team selection and All-Southeastern Conference first-team honoree in senior season…started every game at middle linebacker and led the Volunteers with 87 tackles and ranked second with 8.5 sacks…appeared in first seven games of junior season at defensive end…tallied 33 tackles, 8.5 sacks, and five tackles for loss…also blocked one field goal and forced four fumbles…started every game at left defensive end in his sophomore season…recorded 62 tackles and career-high 11.0 sacks…played one season for Coffeyville Community College in Coffeyville, Kan…graduated with degree in psychology.

Born Leonard Antonio Little in Asheville, N.C…started three years at linebacker and wide receiver at Asheville High…earned Super Prep, Blue Chip and Prep Football Report All-America first team selections…donates money to Alzheimer’s and diabetes research for every sack made…single and resides in St. Louis, Mo.
