RAMS RETURN HOME TO FACE CLEVELAND

The Rams host the Cleveland Browns this week at the Edward Jones Dome. The contest will mark the first time the teams have faced off since the 2003 season and the first time that the Rams have hosted the Browns since 1999. The Rams won those contests, 34-3 in 1999, and 26-20 in 2003.

The Rams and Browns are tied at 10 wins in the all-time series, dating to 1950. The Browns began the series as the dominant team, winning seven of the first 10 contests from 1950-1968, but the Rams have won seven of the last 10 from 1973 to 2003.

The Rams’ franchise began in Cleveland in 1936 as a member of the American Football League. The Rams spent nine years in Cleveland before moving to Los Angeles in 1946.

• WR Isaac Bruce (79) needs two receiving touchdowns to pass Art Powell for 17th place on the NFL’s alltime touchdown receptions list.

• WR Isaac Bruce (13,782) needs 46 yards from scrimmage to pass Rams wide receivers coach Henry Ellard for 20th place on the NFL's all-time scrimmage yards list.

• WR Torry Holt (752) needs 12 receptions to pass James Lofton (19th) on the NFL's all-time receptions list.
