RAMS HOST STEELERS IN HOME FINALE ON THURSDAY NIGHT

In the 2007 home finale, the Rams host the Pittsburgh Steelers this week on Thursday night. The matchup will be the Rams’ first on Thursday night since Dec. 3, 1998 when the Rams took on the Philadelphia Eagles in Philadelphia.

The Rams lead the all-time series with the Steelers, 15-6-2, including a 33-21 victory in the last meeting between the teams at Pittsburgh in 2003.

This contest will mark Pittsburgh’s first trip to St. Louis. The last time the Rams hosted the Steelers was in 1993 in Los Angeles.

• S Oshiomogho “O.J.” Atogwe (7) needs three interceptions to become the fourth player in Rams history to record double-digit interceptions in a single season (Dick “Night Train” Lane – 14, 1952; Woodley Lewis – 12, 1950; Will Sherman – 11, 1955; Monte Jackson – 10, 1976).

• WR Isaac Bruce (83) needs one receiving touchdowns to tie Mark Clayton (84), Irving Fryar (84), Tommy McDonald (84) and Andre Rison (84) for 13th place on the NFL’s all-time touchdown receptions list, while two receiving touchdowns would tie Lance Alworth (85) and Paul Warfield (85) for 11th place all-time.

• WR Isaac Bruce (13,983) needs 22 receiving yards to pass James Lofton (14,004) for third place on the NFL's all-time receiving yards list.

• WR Torry Holt (795) needs five receptions to become the 19th player in NFL history to record 800 career receptions.
