Kate is a native of Oregon, but made her way to St. Louis to work for a public relations firm. She has been dancing since she was three-years-old and enjoys doing volunteer work with the Rams cheerleaders.

Our Visit to Ft. Carson
The soldiers and their families made us feel very special, not to mention Willie Smith (we all said we were going to miss him). We had a wonderful time in Colorado Springs! [more]

We have talked about our trip since we got back and we all agree it was such an amazing experience.  The soldiers were so appreciative to have us there and everyone was just so nice.  Each one of us has a favorite memory from the trip that we will cherish and remember for years to come. [more]
Our Visit to South Korea
Our visit to South Korea was a trip we will never forget.  Although it was so exciting to experience another culture, the most memorable part of our trip was the interaction we were able to have with the troops.  Everyone at the Chinhae (MWR) Naval Base was so welcoming and appreciative of the time we spent with them.  We can not express our gratitude enough for the sacrifices they make for us, and our country, daily.
