2003 NFL EUROPE:

Week 1 vs. Berlin: Tied team record with two interceptions, returning one 49 yards down to the Berlin five-yard line, and tallied four tackles (three solo), two passes defensed, and one stop on special teams as the Claymores defeated the defending World Bowl Champions.

Week 2 vs. Frankfurt: Played in a reserve role at safety and tallied two tackles.

Week 3 @ Rhein Fire: Recorded two solo tackles from his reserve strong safety spot in the contest.

Week 4 @ Berlin: Played in a reserve role at strong safety and finished the contest with one solo tackle.

Week 5 vs. F.C. Barcelona: Turned in one of his best defensive performances of the season, collecting three tackles (two solo), and one pass defensed.

Week 6 @ Frankfurt: Started at strong safety for the first time this season and recorded three solo tackles.

Week 7 vs. Rhein: Started at strong safety and collected a season-high five tackles (three solo) and had one stop on special teams. The Colorado product helped the Claymores get on the board with a 2-0 lead in the first quarter when he tackled Rhein QB Nick Rolovich in the endzone for a safety following a miscue on the Fire’s first play of the contest. Robinson and the Scotland defense scored nine points as they held the Fire scoreless for the first time in 87 games.

Week 8 @ Amsterdam: Started at strong safety and tallied five solo tackles, tying his season high. Also recorded one special teams tackle.

Week 9 @ F.C. Barcelona: Started at strong safety and collected three solo tackles and one pass defensed.

2003 ST. LOUIS RAMS BIOGRAPHY

Pro: Signed by Rams 1/27/03…spent 2002 training camp with St. Louis after signing with Rams as undrafted rookie free agent.

College: Played in 34 games for Buffaloes, collecting 197 tackles (137 solo), four tackles for loss, two sacks, two fumble recoveries, one forced fumble, 11 passes defensed, and three interceptions…started 12 games as senior, making 67 tackles (45 solo) with two tackles for loss, one forced fumble, one interception, a career-high seven passes defensed, as well as his only two sacks of his collegiate career…started 11 games as junior at free safety…notched a career-high 97 tackles (66 solo) with two tackles for loss, one fumble recovery, one pass defensed, and one interception…played in 11 games with four starts as sophomore…racked up 33 tackles (26 solo) with one fumble recovery, three passes defensed, and one interception…spent freshman season at Palomar (Ca.) Junior College, earning all-conference honors while making 100 tackles (63 solo), five sacks, five passes defensed, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and one interception while playing linebacker…also played offense at Palomar, rushing six times for 48 yards and one touchdown…first-team Academic all-America as freshman…political science major.

Personal: Born Charles Edward Robinson, Jr. 12/7/78 in Oceanside, Cal…as senior at Vista High (San Diego, Cal.), named San Diego Defensive Player of the Year by North County Times, and earned first-team all-North County, all-San Diego, and all-Palomar League honors…made 125 tackles, five sacks and three interceptions at linebacker, and rushed 63 times for 549 yards and 11 touchdowns as a running back…lettered once each in baseball and basketball (18.6 ppg as senior). ---
